The Security Imperative: Adult Verification
Under no circumstances will a delivery be left unattended. All orders are sent with a Mandatory Adult Signature Required (ASR) flag. The recipient must be 18 years or older and present valid government-issued ID upon delivery. This strict protocol is a cornerstone of our commitment to the responsible service of alcohol.

Our 1-3 business day order processing time is crucial. During this period, goods are packaged using temperature-stabilizing materials for sensitive items like wine or craft beer, which can be affected by Australia’s diverse climates. While this is not full refrigeration, it adds a layer of protection during the initial logistics phase.

Understanding the 3-5 Day Transit Window
The 3-5 business days is the average time for major courier routes. For customers in remote or isolated regional locations (e.g., deep inland territories), we ask you to allow up to 10-12 business days. These deliveries often involve specialized logistics handlers and smaller local networks, which naturally extend the total transit time.

Packaging Policy: Industrial-Grade Protection
We invest in industrial-grade, custom-cut foam inserts that lock bottles in place, preventing ‘bottle clinking’—the primary cause of in-transit breakage. This investment in packaging is reflected in the quality of our service and our flat shipping rate. The total shipping cost includes not just transit, but also this essential security packaging.

Shipping to Prohibited Zones (Dry Areas)
We rigorously check all delivery addresses against known Dry Area or Restricted Community listings across Australia’s states and territories. If an order is placed to a non-compliant area, it will be automatically cancelled and the customer notified. We regret that we cannot make any exceptions to this legal prohibition.

Delivery Attempts and Holding Times
Our couriers will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail due to the lack of an available adult (18+), the package will be held at a local depot for a maximum of 5 business days. After this period, the package is deemed uncollectible and returned to My Store. Customers must arrange and pay for a new, full-cost re-shipment if they still wish to receive the goods.

Order Modification and Cancellation
Due to the strict legal requirements and rapid 1-3 business day processing, orders cannot be modified (changed) or cancelled once they have passed the initial 2-hour processing window. Please check your order details carefully, as once our fulfillment process begins, we are committed to the secure and compliant dispatch of the alcohol.
